Tim Cerny

Tim Cerny is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations in the IT services and staffing industries. Currently serving as VP and General Manager for the Midwest Region at Thrive since October 2024, Cerny previously held the position of CEO at Safety Net from October 2019 to March 2025, where a focus was on delivering enterprise-grade IT managed services to small and mid-size organizations. As President of AHSA from April 2013 to June 2019, Cerny oversaw workforce solutions for hospitals and health systems nationwide. Earlier career achievements include notable roles as Executive Vice President for TEKsystems Canada Inc. and Vice President of Sales & Operations at Allegis Group Canada, where revenue grew significantly under their leadership. Cerny began their career at TEKsystems, advancing through various operational and sales roles. Holding a BA in Business Administration and Communications from Hope College, Cerny has consistently driven growth and operational excellence throughout their career.
