Aaron Mastrian

Aaron Mastrian is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving at Thrivent as a Product Manager since December 2022, Aaron is responsible for the roadmap for Contact Center CRM and Telephony applications. Previously, Aaron was a Sr CRM Product Owner at Allianz Life, where the focus was on enhancing Customer Relationship Management tools and facilitating a significant migration of over 130 contact center users. Prior roles include Strategy Execution Manager at Allianz, leading global strategy execution within Life and Health lines of business, and a Senior Operations Manager in Quality Assurance at Allianz Life, achieving high processing quality targets and managing quality assurance initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at First Investors Corporation as a Registered Representative and an internship at the American Red Cross. Aaron holds an MBA and a BS in International Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
