Andy Barthel possesses extensive experience in community engagement and development within the financial and athletic sectors. Since October 2005, Andy has held various leadership roles at Thrivent Financial, including Regional Development Director and Director of Community Engagement for the East Division. Prior to this tenure, Andy served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Development at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and held director-level positions at Marshall University and Montana Tech. Andy began a brief venture as Owner/Wealth Advisor at Passage Wealth in 2024. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Sports Management from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Management and Business from Concordia University Ann Arbor.
