Chris Kachman is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and system architecture. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Thrivent since February 2022, Chris leads technology strategy in the Digital Advisor Experience portfolio. Prior to this role, Chris was the Engineering Director for The Sanneh Foundation and served on the Advisory Board for Technology at TCF Bank, where responsibilities included designing and implementing systems for national banking operations. Chris's experience at Infor involved leading engineering efforts for retail technology, while a significant tenure at Target included various leadership positions that shaped system architecture and technology strategy for Target Canada and financial services. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
