Colby Cartledge

Colby Cartledge is a strategy and innovation leader with over 14 years of experience across various sectors, including supply chain, corporate strategy, and risk management. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, Colby mentors student founders and provides expert guidance on building consumer goods and direct-to-consumer companies. Previously, Colby held multiple roles at Target, where they drove innovation and improved operational efficiency. Colby earned a Master's Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a BBA in Supply Chain Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
