Cynthia Nigbur

Cynthia (Cindy) Nigbur has extensive work experience in corporate governance and management coordination. Cynthia (Cindy) started their career at The Hartford in 1990 as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later joined Thrivent in 1997. At Thrivent, they held various roles including Vice President, Deputy Corporate Secretary, Deputy Corporate Secretary, and Director of Corporate Governance. In these positions, their primary responsibilities involved ensuring effective corporate governance practices, coordinating board and committee meetings, and serving as the liaison between the Board of Directors and senior executives.

Cynthia (Cindy) Nigbur attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1984 to 1988, where they majored in History and English. Cynthia (Cindy) later obtained a Paralegal Certification from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Corporate Governance Program from Tulane University Law School & Bisk Education.
