Erin Krawiecki

Vice President, Contact Centers at Thrivent

Erin Krawiecki began their work experience in 1997 as a Director at Delta Dental of Minnesota, where they led teams across multiple facilities and oversaw contact center operations and claims processing. Erin also played a key role in opening a new service facility. In 2005, Krawiecki joined Allianz Life as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for leading the Customer and Producer Contact Center, Customer Fulfillment, and the Communication and People Units. Erin also worked closely with corporate stakeholders to optimize customer and producer experiences and develop the overall corporate service strategy. Krawiecki recently joined Thrivent in 2022 as a Vice President, leading the Contact Centers.

Erin Krawiecki obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from St. Olaf College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they hold additional certifications in FINRA Series 6, 26, and 99.
