Kate Prothero

Kate Prothero is currently the Manager of Training, Development, and Sales Execution at Thrivent, where they lead the Training, Quality Assurance, and Onboarding teams. They began their career as a personal trainer and transitioned into financial services, becoming a licensed financial advisor and eventually joining Thrivent’s Virtual Advice Team. In their past roles, Kate has focused on developing training programs and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance advisor performance and client trust. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a major in Advertising and a minor in Studio Art from Marquette University.
