Matt Haag

Matt Haag serves as the Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at Thrivent since August 2022. Previously, Matt held multiple leadership roles at Ecolab from June 2006 to August 2022, including Senior Director for Learning, Development & Knowledge Solutions in the Global Industrial Group, where oversight extended to a global team and a $6.3 billion business impacting over 11,000 learners. Matt's experience encompasses building and managing global teams, strategic planning, curriculum development, and the implementation of training programs across various sectors, including the Food & Beverage division. Matt's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in English and Graphic Communication from Carroll University.
