Nicole Fuerstenberg, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Nicole has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in strategic execution, human resources, talent and organizational development, corporate strategy, and operations. At Thrivent, Nicole most recently served as the Strategic Execution and Integration Director for Human Resources, where they focused on organizational effectiveness and development initiatives. Nicole also acted as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development, leading a team in driving enterprise-wide change management and culture transformation initiatives. Prior to that, Nicole served as the Director of Corporate Strategy, Partner for Staff Functions, where they provided program and project management for multi-functional organizational design initiatives.
