Paula Chambers

Paula Chambers, FIC, is a highly experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Manager of Sourcing at Thrivent since January 2022, where Paula leads a team to recruit talented individuals for Thrivent's financial advisor field force. Prior to this role, Paula held several positions, including Senior Sourcer and Regional Recruiter at Modern Woodmen of America from December 2008 to January 2022, and was responsible for recruiting and training financial representatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Financial Representative, Sales Associate at SunTrust Investment Services, Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, and Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch. Paula's entrepreneurial background also includes ownership and management of The Ice Cream Club Inc.
