Rachel Dean

Rachel Dean is a professional with extensive experience in admissions and student engagement within higher education and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Portfolio & Operations for the Experience & Innovation Team at Thrivent since August 2021, Rachel previously held various roles at the IIT Institute of Design from December 2003 to April 2021, including Director of Graduate Admission and Student Engagement, Associate Director of Graduate Admission and Retention, and Graduate Program Coordinator. Key accomplishments include the creation of AdmitID Day, enhancing the matriculation experience for new students. Rachel holds an M.A. in Training and Development from Roosevelt University and a B.A. in English Literature from Saint Xavier University.
