Tim Pietrini

Tim Pietrini has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Tim started their career in 2010 as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Regis Corporation. In 2012, they joined Thrivent as a Marketing Associate/Sr Marketing Associate and later became a Marketing Specialist. Tim progressively advanced in their career at Thrivent and took on roles such as Senior Marketing Specialist, Marketing Strategist, and Marketing Manager. Tim'sresponsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, managing marketing programs, developing personas for target audiences, and mentoring marketing interns. Tim's most recent role at Thrivent is Director, Marketing - Lead Engagement, which they assumed in July 2022.

Tim Pietrini attended St. Olaf College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Management Studies.
