MacKenzie Brown

Mackenzie Brown is an experienced professional in relationship management and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Relationship Management and Implementations at ThrivePass since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mackenzie held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Wishlist from November 2022 to April 2025. Mackenzie's career includes significant roles at Thanx, where responsibilities included Implementation Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager from February 2020 to October 2022, as well as managerial positions at Wishlist Rewards, which involved overseeing customer success from July 2013 to February 2020. Earlier experience encompasses a variety of roles in customer engagement and travel planning, including stints as a Fan Recruitment representative for the Denver Cutthroats and a Travel Agent at American Travel Planners.
