Elizabeth Malin

Elizabeth Malin is a professional counselor with extensive experience in various settings, currently serving as a Resident Counselor at Thriveworks since December 2020. Prior to this role, Elizabeth completed an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counseling Internship at Optima Health, where service was provided to clients experiencing work-related trauma. Additional experience includes counseling practices at Chesapeake Regional Hospital, mentoring first-time offenders at The Up Center, and volunteering at The Judeo-Christian Outreach Center to support individuals facing homelessness. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elon College.
