Hailey McNutt

Hailey McNutt, LCSW, is an experienced clinical social worker currently serving as an Individual Therapist at Thriveworks since May 2023 and as an Outpatient Clinician at Carrollton Springs since February 2022. Previously, Hailey held the position of Director of Social Services at Hillcrest of North Dallas from February 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Program Therapist at Mayhill Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021, focusing on inpatient and outpatient therapy. Additional roles include Therapist at Integrated Psychotherapeutic Services, Clinical Social Work Intern at Millwood Hospital, and Social Work Intern at Sachse High School within Garland ISD. Early in the career, Hailey engaged with nonprofit organizations through roles at YourCause and World Relief, along with mentoring peers at the University of North Texas. Hailey earned a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of North Texas.
