Khia Glover

Khia Glover, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in various therapeutic and counseling roles. Currently serving as a therapist at Thriveworks and a licensed behavioral health provider at Improving Lives Counseling, Khia has a strong background in school social work, having worked with Oklahoma City Public Schools to provide social services to elementary students. Previous roles include managing crises as a school social worker, coordinating outreach programs at Red Rock Behavioral Health, and case management for homeless women at Catholic Charities. Khia also has experience teaching life skills, providing behavioral health rehabilitation for adolescents, and working with low-income adults to reduce daily living stressors. Khia holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Services from the University of Central Oklahoma.
