Matthew Painter

Matthew Painter is currently the Director of Investment & Development at Thriving Investments since November 2024. Prior roles include Consultant (Development) and Director of Development and Delivery at Gresham House from September 2023 to September 2025, and Senior Development Manager at CA Ventures from April 2021 to August 2023. Matthew has also served as Development Manager at Guild Living and Unite Students, as well as Quantity Surveyor at Create Construction Ltd and Askam Construction. Matthew holds a BSc in Quantity Surveyor from Northumbria University and completed education at Queen Elizabeth School.
