Becky Pizer is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical psychology and training, currently serving as the Clinical Director at Through the Looking Glass since 2022. Prior to this role, Pizer held the position of Director of Field Placement at The Wright Institute from 2007 to 2022 and was the Training Director at Alameda Family Services from 1999 to 2007. Pizer completed a doctoral program at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) from 1995 to 1999 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Women's Studies from Yale University, earned between 1987 and 1991.

Serving Families with Disabilities since 1982, Through the Looking Glass (TLG) is a disability community based nonprofit organization that emerged from the independent living movement. TLG’s vision is to create, demonstrate and encourage non-pathological and empowering resources and model supports throughout parenting in families with disability issues in child, parent, or grandparent in an effort to improve national practice, inform public policy, and reduce social obstacles experienced by families with disabilities.
