Christopher Cortina

Christopher Cortina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Project Partner at Throwe Environmental since September 2023 and as a Project Manager at the Association of Climate Change Officers since October 2021, Christopher also operates as an Independent Business Owner at keenSight creative since July 2018. Prior roles include a decade at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating communications and performance improvement initiatives for a substantial departmental budget. Additionally, Christopher has held various positions related to environmental consulting and education, including work at Arc Environmental and roles in student activities at multiple universities. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Geography from Miami University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies/Geography and Biology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
