Al Russell

Al Russell is a professional with extensive experience in growth and partnerships, currently serving on the Growth Team at throxy since September 2025. Prior to this role, Al held the position of Investor at Venrex Investment Management from September 2021 to August 2025. Al's career began as an Academy Player at Essex County Cricket Club from October 2014 to July 2016. Al holds a Master of Arts in Human Geography from The University of Edinburgh, obtained between 2016 and 2020, and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences at The University of Sydney Business School from August 2018 to June 2019, along with education from Eton College.
