Monica Otte

Monica Otte has a long and varied work experience. Monica began their career in 1996 as a Senior Product Information Developer at Nortel, where they developed and maintained accurate and effective documentation in accordance with Nortel Networks' standard practices and processes. In 2009, they moved to the North Texas Small Business Development Center as a Web Designer/Editor, where they redesigned the NTSBDC.org website and adopted and modified open source content management software for a private intranet. In 2012, they joined Thru as the Director of Marketing Operations and Website and Design Manager. In this role, they were the webmaster of thruinc.com and migrated the website from Microsoft IIS to a dedicated IIS server.

Monica Otte obtained a BA in Communication and Psychology from Purdue University between 1991 and 1995. Monica also completed a Certification in Web Database Development at Dallas College between 2007 and 2008.
