Agapito has held supervisory positions with companies such as KLX Energy Services and Gladiator Energy, and has worked as a coil tubing operator and rig supervisor, demonstrating expertise in supervising crews, planning workover activities, and ensuring safety compliance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Well Control from San Juan College, completed in 2022.
