Scott Hoepfl has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Scott is currently the CFO at Thrustmaster of Texas, where they oversee strategic, financial, and operational issues for the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Controller at Empower Pharmacy, managing the P&L, budgeting, payroll, and banking responsibilities. Scott also has experience as a Corporate Controller at Conifex Timber Inc., where they had P&L responsibility for a 190M company and oversaw finance, accounting, and IT functions. Before that, they served as a Controller at Micross Components, responsible for all financial aspects of three business units. Scott began their career at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, where they held various roles including Manager of Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting Manager, and Manager of Purchasing and Inventory Control. Scott also worked as a Systems Analyst at Equitrac and a Plant Controller at Fine Airlines. Their earlier career includes roles as Director of Inventory Accounting at GE Aviation and Greenwich Air Services, where they founded an Internal Audit Department and managed a $250+ million parts inventory.
Scott Hoepfl received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Villanova University. Scott went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting at Nova Southeastern University, completing their degree in 1993.
