Armand Cianciosi has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Armand started their career at Universal Instruments in 1982, where they worked as a Sr. Buyer and then transitioned into International Sales, acting as a liaison between the company's European and South American sales offices and global customers. Armand also played a role in order fulfillment and the management of strategic customer relationships. In 1988, they moved into Field Sales at Universal, responsible for direct sales and customer management in a five-state Midwest territory.
In 1993, Cianciosi joined Thruway as a Sales Manager, working closely with General Management and Field Sales to adapt the organization to meet evolving customer requirements and develop strategic customer and supplier relationships. Later, they became a Senior Corporate Vice President at Thruway, serving as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the success of the organization. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Thruway, where they collaboratively work with the executive team to ensure the company is well-positioned to meet and exceed customer requirements and empowers its employees.
