Thrive POS
Serena Blue has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales, project management, and implementation. Serena started their career in 2004 at Chili's, where they held various roles such as foodserver, hostess, and manager. In 2013, they joined Thrive POS as an implementation specialist, where they were responsible for boarding online ordering websites integrated with a Point of Sale system. Serena also played a key role in rolling out new online ordering platforms and training the team to board new products. In 2016, Serena became an Implementation Manager, managing a team of specialists while still boarding client menus and online sites. In their most recent role at Thrive POS, they served as a Project Manager and Project Manager Team Lead, working closely with the department manager to ensure progress on projects and enforcing administrative tasks. Serena proactively learned additional products to support their clients and strengthen the team's capabilities.
Serena Blue attended Tarrant County College from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree.
