Elise Balsillie

Elise Balsillie has over two decades of work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing industry. Elise currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Thryv Australia & New Zealand, where they are responsible for the SaaS and Marketing Services Revenue. Prior to this, Elise worked at Sensis as the Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the revenue portfolio for all brands. Elise has also held positions such as General Manager Sales, GM Yellow Executive Office, Customer Portfolio and Implementation Manager, and Business Project Manager at Sensis. Additionally, Elise has experience in managing Premium & Face 2 Face Sales teams and working as an Account Executive in the same company. Elise started their career at Kangan Institute and later worked at Swinburne University of Technology. Throughout their career, Elise has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for building successful sales teams.

Elise Balsillie completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023. In 2013, they attended the Harvard Business School for the Harvard Leadership Program. Elise also obtained the Google AdWords Certification from Google in 2012. Prior to that, they studied at Victoria University from 2001 to 2002. Elise completed their secondary education at Strathmore Secondary College, earning the Victoria Certificate of Education from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained the "From Ideas to Action" certification from IDEO U in May 2016.
