Joel Lovegrove is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations and management, currently serving as the Group Manager of Sales Operations at Thryv Australia since February 2020. In this role, Lovegrove oversees Call Centre and Face To Face Workforce Planning and manages sales and service targets to drive business revenue outcomes. Prior experience at Sensis spanned over 13 years, where Lovegrove held various managerial positions, including Operations Manager for Yellow and National Workforce Operations Manager, focusing on efficiency improvements and process management. Education includes a degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Economics, from Monash University.
