Sarrah Fulham is a seasoned marketing operations professional with extensive experience in performance management, CRM automation, and digital marketing campaigns. Currently the Marketing Operations Manager at Thryv Australia since June 2017, Sarrah focuses on ensuring engaging and efficient marketing activities across key brands such as Yellow Pages and White Pages. Prior to this role, Sarrah held various positions including Strategic Planning and Campaign Manager, where responsibilities included the development and management of digital marketing campaigns, and Strategic Initiatives Manager, focusing on advancing business objectives through strategic analysis and planning. Earlier in the career, Sarrah contributed to Cleanaway Waste Management as a Senior Sales Performance Analyst and gained solid experience at Veolia Australia and New Zealand. Academic credentials include degrees in Digital Marketing and Managing Marketing Projects from Swinburne University of Technology, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and advanced Microsoft Excel.
