Hamilton Le is a Chicago native product leader who currently lives in Shanghai and Hong Kong. They are the founder of Adler Ventures (2023–Present) and Thryve (2024–Present), a product studio and a peer-mentorship platform, respectively. Their earlier roles include VP, Product at Lynk Global (2019–2022) and SVP, Product at Lynk (2022), plus a Senior Product Manager position at Prenetics in 2017 and China GM & Head of Customer Success at Launchpilots (2014–2017). They earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2009) and completed an academic exchange at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2007).
