Tom Eikenboom

Tom Eikenboom MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tom began their career at Rabobank Nederland in 1989 as the Hoofd Beheerstechnische Zaken, where they were responsible for the financial administration, facility management, and automation. Tom later became the Hoofd Bedrijfsvoering, where they oversaw the financial administration, facility management, and automation/information systems.

In 1993, Tom became the Adjunct-Director Bedrijfsvoering (CFO) at Rabobank Nederland. In this role, they were responsible for financial control, balance management, internal control and organization, process support and automation/information systems, facility support, communication, and personnel affairs.

In 1998, Tom was promoted to the position of Directeur Bedrijfsmanagement (CFO), where they developed the bank-wide vision and strategy, and was responsible for financial management, balance management, business control, risk management, process management, compliance, change and project management, facility management, IT management, financial and commercial administrative services, and HR.

In 2013, Tom joined Stichting Fortior as the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht/lid Auditcommissie/lid Remuneratiecommissie. Tom served in this role until 2021 and was involved in overseeing the educational organization's performance and finances.

From 2018 to 2021, Tom held various roles at Antares, including Manager Bedrijfsvoering/CFO and Concern Controller (a.i.). In these positions, they played a crucial role in supporting the organization's finance and governance operations, as well as advising the management team on organizational change.

Currently, Tom serves as a Lid ledenraad at Rabobank Noord Limburg since 2023.
