Tinna Jóhannsdóttir has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of marketing and management. Tinna has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Thula, a healthcare software company, where they focus on solutions for medication management and electronic exchange of healthcare information. Prior to this, Tinna was the CEO of Skógarböðin/ForestLagoon, where they assisted in the structuring and development of the company.

Tinna has also served as a board member of SVÞ - Samtök verslunar og þjónustu (Federation of Trade & Services, Iceland) and SA- Samtök atvinnulífsins. Furthermore, Tinna has experience as the Director of Marketing at Smáralind, Hafnartorg & Reginn hf., Iceland's largest shopping center, as well as at Brimborg, a leading automotive business in Iceland.

In addition, Tinna has worked at Innovation Center Iceland, where they served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, focusing on promoting innovation and supporting entrepreneurs and businesses. Before that, they gained retail experience as the General Manager of Fífa Barnavöruverslun, a retailer/wholesaler/distributor.

Tinna began their career as an Information Manager at Innovation Center Iceland and later worked as a Store Manager and HR Manager at Next. Overall, their career highlights their expertise in marketing, management, and promoting innovation in various industries.

Tinna Jóhannsdóttir earned a Diploma in Retail Management from Bifröst University in 2004. Tinna further pursued their education at Háskóli Íslands, where they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration in the years 2005-2007. Later on, Tinna completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing management at Bifröst University from 2012-2014. Tinna then pursued higher education and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Háskóli Íslands in the years 2015-2017.
