Amy Mills

Amy Mills has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Amy is currently working as a Legal Counsel at Thuma since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Goodwin as an Associate from May 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they were a Private Equity Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2019 to May 2021. Amy also had a summer internship at the same company as a Private Equity Summer Associate from May 2018 to August 2018.

Amy's earlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant to Professor Rory Van Loo at Boston University School of Law from October 2017 to May 2018, a Legal Intern at MPM Capital from May 2017 to August 2017, and various roles at PitchBook Data from September 2014 to August 2016, where they worked as a Senior Research Associate and later as a Research Associate.
