Mariam Azad is a highly skilled Physical Therapist with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently employed at Thumbay Clinics since June 2018, Mariam has established the only Physical Therapy department within the Thumbay Clinic Group, effectively managing referrals from multiple clinics throughout UAQ, Ajman, and Sharjah. Expertise includes evaluating and treating various conditions such as chronic and acute pain, disc prolapse, and multiple neurological disorders. Previous roles include a Physiotherapist at Thumbay Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Hospital and multiple internships at reputable institutions, providing comprehensive rehabilitation for diverse patient populations and conditions ranging from musculoskeletal issues to post-surgical recovery. Mariam holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from The Gulf Medical University, obtained in 2015.
