Muhammad Muhammad possesses extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Guest Service Officer at Thumbay Clinics since January 2022, Muhammad excels in welcoming guests and managing front desk inquiries via calls and emails. Prior experience includes a role as Help Desk Specialist, Admin Assistant, and Coordinator at FM TECH from October 2018 to November 2020, and as an Administrative Assistant at Ejadah Asset Management Group from February 2015 to August 2016, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations for security services, report preparation, client follow-up, and promoting health and safety programs. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Calicut, earned between 2012 and 2014.
