Paul Forrise

Paul Forrise began their career in 2009 as an Electronics Sales Associate at Toys R Us. In 2011, they joined The Home Depot as an Order Puller. In 2015, they became a Reservations Manager at U-Haul International, Inc. In 2017, they joined Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) as an Internet and Phone Tech Support, where they handled and triaged customer issues in a high volume call center. In 2018, they joined Southern States TOYOTAlift as an IT Specialist, where they directly cut over $5k in monthly expenses for the company by identifying and removing underused resources. Currently, they are an IT Admin at ThumbStopper\u00ae, where they are responsible for emergency migration of domain and hosted Exchange accounts/emails affected from Rackspace to Microsoft 365 due to Rackspace Ransomware incident, as well as building and deploying Confluence Knowledge Base for internal and development team uses.

Paul Forrise received their High School Diploma from River Ridge High School in 2008. Paul then attended Pasco-Hernando State College, earning an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies in 2011. In 2015, they completed an Associate of Science - AS in Information Technology Management from Rasmussen University. In 2017, they obtained an A+ certification from CompTIA.
