Christopher Bocage

Christopher Bocage has a diverse work experience ranging from IT operations and management roles to professional football player and personal trainer. In their most recent position as Director of IT Operations at Thumbtack, they oversee IT support and operations. Prior to that, they held roles as Senior Manager and IT Support Manager where they managed Help Desk technicians and supported employees through various channels. Christopher also has experience in IT service desk management at O.C. Tanner and Western Governors University. Additionally, Christopher has a background in coaching and athletic roles at various institutions and has worked as a certified personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness.

Christopher Bocage's education history includes attending the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2005, where they studied Computer Science. Christopher did not obtain a specific degree during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained various certifications. In July 2016, they earned the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA. More recently, they acquired several certifications from different institutions. In September 2021, they completed the Problem Solving certification from McKinsey & Company. In February 2022, Christopher completed the Management Accelerator Program and A2E Business Fundamentals certifications, both from McKinsey & Company. Christopher further earned the Okta Certified Professional certification in October 2022 from Okta. Lastly, in April 2023, they obtained the Jira Service Management Fundamentals Badge, the Managing Jira Service Projects certification, and the Confluence Fundamentals Badge, all from Atlassian.
