Melissa Henry

Melissa Henry, MBA, has a diverse background in trust and safety operations and social media support. Currently a Manager II at Thumbtack, Melissa has progressed through various roles since October 2019, beginning as a Trust and Safety Specialist and moving up to managerial positions in Incident Operations. Additionally, Melissa served as a consultant from March 2020 to March 2022, applying data-driven approaches and user-driven design to develop impactful products. Prior experience includes positions at PrintingHouse Press and American Girl. Melissa holds an MBA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, a Software Product Management certificate from Product School, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from York College of the City University of New York.
