Samantha Stenquist has been a Customer Support Specialist at Thumbtack since May 2016, where responsibilities include educating professionals on leveraging the platform to enhance their businesses, providing exceptional customer support across multiple channels, and contributing to innovative projects aimed at improving customer experience.
