Arianne Lapierre is an accomplished producer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently working as a Producer at Thunder Lotus since November 2022 after a five-year tenure at Ludia. At Ludia, Arianne managed a production team of over 70 members and played a key role in aligning project stakeholders with business visions. Previous positions at Ludia included Associate Producer, with responsibilities such as overseeing a scrum team's daily activities and maintaining communication with external partners, as well as Coretech Project Manager, where Arianne led development teams on mobile game features. Arianne began a career in management as a Lifeguard Team Supervisor at Ville de Longueuil. Arianne holds a Master of Science in Administration from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science from Université de Montréal, complemented by international study experience in European Cultural Studies at UCL.
