Landon Kissinger serves as the AWS Capability Lead at Thunder, where responsibilities include strategizing and innovating at the convergence of cloud, AI, and customer experience, while leading a multidisciplinary team to modernize contact centers and enhance digital experiences using AWS technologies. Previously, Landon held various roles at West Monroe, culminating in the position of Senior Manager within the Technology and Experience Practice, specializing in transformative solutions that optimize customer interactions and operational efficiency. With a background in Salesforce, SCRUM/AGILE, and High-Performance Contact Centers, Landon has successfully delivered numerous projects across industries, including healthcare and life sciences. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Gonzaga University and a Certified Product Manager credential from Product School.
