Margaret Baker

Margaret Baker, CHRL, currently holds the position of Manager, People Operations & Strategy at Mozilla and the Thunderbird Project since February 2024, where responsibilities include enhancing employee experience. Prior experience at Hotspex spanned over a decade, with roles as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, contributing to strategic HR leadership and the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
