Dawn Scott

Dawn Scott has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Dawn started their career at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. as a Financial Aid Officer in November 2005 and worked there until September 2006. Dawn then joined the Institute for Professional Development as an Assistant Programmer in April 2007, eventually transitioning to the role of a Software Developer from December 2008 to July 2014. In 2014, they also started working at Helix Education as a Software Developer from July to October. Dawn's most recent employment is with Arizona State University, where they initially served as a Business Intelligence Analyst from October 2014 to June 2015. Dawn then held roles as a Salesforce Administrator from June 2015 to June 2017, a Lead Salesforce Administrator from June 2017 to July 2022, and currently holds the position of Lead Salesforce Platform Engineer.

Dawn Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University, specifically from the W. P. Carey School of Business. Dawn attended Arizona State University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Tuba City High School. Dawn has also obtained several certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) from Salesforce in 2021, the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in 2019, and the Developing Secure Software certification from LinkedIn in 2019. Dawn also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
