Jennifer Jackman serves as the Coordinator for Sr. Internships and Community Outreach at Barrett, the Honors College of Arizona State University since October 2020, in addition to fulfilling the roles of Program Manager and Epidemiology Field Supervisor for the COVID Response Team. In this capacity, Jennifer supervises case investigators, organizes community events for testing and vaccinations, and conducts home visits for families affected by COVID-19. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Principal at Bright Beginnings Charter School, managing over 250 students, and serving as an Elementary School Teacher in Mesa Public Schools. Jennifer's background in education also includes a previous position as Grade School Principal at Bright Beginnings Charter School. Earlier experience as a Respite Social Worker at Child Crisis Arizona highlights a commitment to supporting children in foster care settings. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Xavier University, an Elementary Education Teaching Certificate from Rio Salado College, and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
