Kelly Barr

Kelly Barr's work experience starts in 1992 at Salt River Project, where they held multiple roles including Chief Strategy, Corporate Services and Sustainability Executive, Associate General Manager and Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Executive, Chief Sustainability and Compliance Executive, and Senior Director of Environmental Management. Kelly also served as the Manager of Environmental Management, Policy and Compliance, Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Contracts, and Assistant Corporate Counsel. In 2008, Kelly became an Assistant Corporate Counsel until 2011. In 2023, they joined Arizona State University as the Associate Vice President and Chief Alliance Officer.

Kelly Barr received their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Arizona between 1981 and 1985.
