Melissa Forrest, PMP, CSM, CSPO, ITIL

Melissa Forrest has extensive work experience in program and project management. Currently, they hold the position of Director in the Program Management Office at ThunderCat Technology since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager in the same company since November 2018.

From June 2015 to November 2018, Melissa worked at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) as a Director/Deputy Program Manager where they oversaw a large team delivering support to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA HQ) in various areas.

Before that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Raffa from April 2014 to June 2015, focusing on IT project management and technology practice.

From August 2010 to April 2014, Melissa worked as a Deputy Program Manager at Creative Information Technology, Inc. where they managed a large team providing software development lifecycle support to the Department of State. Melissa also served as the Project Manager for a web-based application used by 115,000 users and more than 270 overseas posts.

Finally, Melissa began their career at Avectra in September 1998 as a Senior Project Manager, a role they held until August 2010.

Furthermore, Melissa has completed the Partners Leadership Program from the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC).
