Spencer Vetter

Operations Manager, Collaboration Practice at Thundercat Technology

Spencer Vetter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Spencer started their career as an intern in the admissions department at Centre College, where they conducted interviews, led tours, and played a role in the transition to a new admissions system. Spencer also worked as a senior interviewer, conducting over 50 interviews with prospective students and answering their academic and financial questions. Additionally, Spencer worked as a helpdesk consultant, providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff and assisting with hardware and software issues.

After their time at Centre College, Spencer joined the YMCA of the USA as an assistant swim coach. In this role, they were responsible for the development of swimmers aged 6-18, teaching swimming technique and helping them become their best.

Spencer then transitioned to Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as an account executive, where they acquired and developed accounts by identifying areas where Konica Minolta could improve workflow. Spencer later became a direct project coordinator, overseeing the implementation of hardware and software for enterprise accounts across multiple states.

Following their tenure at Konica Minolta, Spencer joined Unified Technologies as a project manager. In this role, they managed the full project life cycle of telecommunication business solutions, acted as a point of contact for clients, coordinated with IT vendors and engineers, and implemented project management tools for internal and external communication.

Spencer's most recent experience is as a project manager at ThunderCat Technology, where they are currently employed.

Spencer Vetter obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from Centre College from the years 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute in March 2020.
