Jack Halfin is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and cuisine. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Thunderdome Restaurant Group since April 2024, Jack has previously held roles such as Restaurant Manager at Boca Restaurant Group and Chef De Cuisine at PALISOCIETY and Dear restaurant & butchery. With additional experience as Chef De Cuisine at Hilton Cleveland Downtown and Sous Chef at Momofuku, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge to the food and hospitality industry. Jack is also a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Perú, where culinary training was completed from 2008 to 2010.
