Linda Jager

Linda Jager is a seasoned professional in customer success and merchandising with extensive experience across various roles in the retail sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Thunderstock since June 2023, Linda is focused on implementing AI-driven demand forecasting tools and developing new modules. Prior to this, Linda worked as a self-employed consultant starting in August 2022 and held the position of Interim Head of Buying & Merchandising at America Today until March 2024. Linda's previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at FEST Amsterdam, where responsibilities encompassed buying, supply chain, and customer service, and leading merchandising and supply chain efforts at MS Mode and America Today. Linda also has a background in visual merchandising from Perry Sport and has contributed to education as a mathematics teacher. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s in Small Business and Retail Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland.
