Tom Scheffers is a data analysis and supply chain expert in clothing retail, currently focused on behavioral analytics, business intelligence tooling, and machine learning. They co-founded Clara Intelligence in 2025 and have been the CTO and co-founder of Thunderstock, an AI-powered platform for retail stock optimization, since 2019. Previously, Tom founded Young Bulls, developing AI-powered SaaS tools for optimizing retail processes from 2017 to 2022, and worked as a Data Scientist at Frendz, where they designed data tracking systems and algorithms. Tom holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universiteit van Amsterdam and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, along with an exchange program in finance at UCL.
